This is possibly the easiest peanut butter cookie in the milky way. If I can make these, anybody can.
This is easily a beginner level recipe. It's almost impossible to mess up.
4 Ingredients and 15 minutes is all you need.
Yumbly Crumbly Peanut Butter Cookies
Makes 2 dozen
Ingredients
1 Cup Peanut Butter (Chunky or creamy-your cookie, your choice)
1 Cup Sugar (Splenda works well with this recipe too)
1 Large Egg (The chicken kind I guess)
1/2 tsp Vanilla (or a splash. whatever)
Step One:
Preheat Oven to 325 F & lightly grease a cookie sheet.
Step Two:
Throw all that junk in a bowl. Mix it up.
Step Three:
Use a tablespoon to scoop out the dough. Roll each spoonful into balls and place on the sheet. (You can also use a regular spoon. Doesn't have to be exact.)
Step Four:
This step is way more important than you might think. It's the deciding factor between lumpy, brown dough balls and flat, nice looking cookies. Get a fork and a cup of water. Take the fork and make a criss-cross on each cookie. If the fork gets sticky dip it in the water and give it a shake to get the water off and keep using it. Ta-Da! Your cookies won't look like turds now.
Step Five:
Pop those babies in the oven and wait 10-12 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for about 5 minutes.
Step Six:
Eat them all. Start Again.
That's it, you did it. You made the easier peanut butter cookies in the world and you only hurt yourself once. Good job!
