Easiest Chicken Dinner EVER

Almost everyone wants to make dinner as easy as possible. If you are a part of the "almost everyone" I'm talking about, this is an excellent dinner option for you! This recipe is great because you can customize it all you want. Alright, let's get into it.

ONE PAN CHICKEN DINNER

Prep: 10 Minutes Cook: 1 Hour Serves: 3-4 People

Ingredients:

3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

2 lbs Baby Red Potatoes

2 Cans Green Beans

1 Package Fiesta Ranch Seasoning

1/2 Stick of Butter

*Green Beans can be swapped for any vegetable you think would bake well.

The seasoning can be swapped for any other seasoning you want. Lemon Pepper is super tasty on this too!

The butter can be swapped for a drizzle of Olive Oil.

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and grab a casserole dish.

2. Start prepping your ingredients. Cut the chewy bits off your chicken breast and cube it up into small pieces. Wash the potatoes and cut into 4 pieces each. Open your cans of green beans and drain the juice out of them.

3. Take your butter and slice into pieces. Put a few pieces (about half the butter) into the bottom of the dish for the ingredients to sit on. Now start adding the ingredients into the dish. I split mine into thirds long ways. Put your chicken in to take up a third of it, then the potatoes, then the green beans. Having the potatoes in the middle keeps them moist because it will cook in the juices of the chicken next to it. Take the rest of the butter and place it on top of the ingredients.

4. Sprinkle the seasoning on the top of everything, and stir it up a bit at a time if you feel the need to.

5. Place in oven to bake. Check on it about 40 minutes through and stir each ingredient separately to make sure none of it dries out from just sitting on top. Feel free to add more butter. Place back in oven to finish cooking the rest of the way.

6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

You will know the chicken is done when you can take a fork and cut a piece in half with no effort and it's completely white on the inside. The potatoes will be done when you can do just about the same thing. You will be able to cut through it with absolutely no effort.

This is easily one of my favorite dinners because it takes hardly any prep time, ingredients are super cheap, you can change it up anytime you want to, and its minimal effort!

If you try it let me know how it goes! If you decide to change it up a bit, let me know what changes you make so I can give it a try too!
